(UPDATED 5/4/22 5:43PM ET) In Person Voting for New York PH Consulate Registered Voters that did not Receive their Ballots, set on May 7


REQUIREMENTS FOR ONSITE VOTING 


Per Commission on Elections (COMELEC) Letter No. OFOV-2022-0942 dated 29 April 2022, overseas voters registered with the Consulate General of the Philippines in New York who have not received the election packets containing their ballots may come to the Consulate on Saturday, 07 May 2022, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. to cast their votes. 


Before proceeding to the Consulate, said registered voters must first check if their names are indicated in the COMELEC’s Certified List of Voters (CLOV), which can be accessed here link: https://newyorkpcg.org/.../consular.../overseas-voting/


Those whose names are indicated in said list should bring with them the following: 


1. Duly accomplished affidavit/undertaking: https://newyorkpcg.org/.../OV_Affidavit-of-Undertaking.pdf;


2. Duly accomplished OVF-1: https://newyorkpcg.org/.../09/Overseas-Voting-Form-1.pdf;


3. Copy of Philippine passport or Philippine citizenship re-acquisition documents; and


4. Copy of proof of change address or current address (e.g., utility bill or driver’s license)


Said voters must accomplish the ballot on the Consulate’s premises and drop the ballot in the designated drop box on the above-stated date and time.


Kababayan who have registered but whose names are not in the CLOV are requested to email the COMELEC directly at: ov.concerns@comelec.gov.ph. 


Kababayan who may not be able to come to the Consulate to vote on Saturday are requested to email newyorkpcg.ov@dfa.gov.ph for other possible days they could be accommodated.

ADVISORY 050-2022

ONSITE VOTING OPTION FOR KABABAYAN WHO HAVE NOT RECEIVED THEIR BALLOTS


Per Commission on Elections (COMELEC) Letter No. OFOV-2022-0942 dated 29 April 2022, overseas voters registered with the Consulate General of the Philippines in New York who have been sent postal voting packets but have not received their ballots may personally visit the Consulate on Saturday, 07 May 2022, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. to cast their votes. 


Said registered voters must provide the following:

1. Duly accomplished notarized affidavit/undertaking: https://newyorkpcg.org/.../OV_Affidavit-of-Undertaking.pdf;


2. Duly accomplished OVF-1: https://newyorkpcg.org/.../09/Overseas-Voting-Form-1.pdf;


3. Copy of Philippine passport or Philippine citizenship re-acquisition documents; and


4. Copy of proof of change address or current address (e.g., utility bill, driver’s license)


These voters must accomplish the ballot on the Consulate’s premises and drop the ballot in the designated drop box on the above-stated date and time.
