The Music of Ryan Cayabyab at St. Aedan’s Jersey City Oct 4 | By Robert P. De Tagle


Celebrate the music of a lifetime and the soundtrack of so many memories at this unique musical event, as Saint Peter’s University’s 5th season of Arts on Bergen celebrates in music the career of renowned Filipino National Artist, Vatican Pro Ecclesia et Pontifice honoree and now Ramon Magsaysay Award recipient, composer, arranger, educator and mentor, Maestro Ryan Cayabyab.

'The Music of Ryan Cayabyab' is presented by Arts on Bergen in collaboration with the Office of Campus Ministry, Dept. of Fine Arts and the Office off the Provost at St. Peter's University in Jersey City, New Jersey.

Maestro Ryan Cayabyab will be joined by a diverse roster of talents – Chris Ignacio, Kristian Espiritu, Kirby Asunto, Cutuy Herrero, Michael Protacio, Joy Tamayo, Antoni Mendezona, Jared Martin, Rogelio Peñaverde Jr., the San Lorenzo Ruiz Choir, Kayumanggi Chorale, Our Lady of Mercy Choir and Aidan C. McMullen Chorale, and University music director Dr. Joseph Legaspi.


This musical event aims to support the University and Parish music program, including the Arts on Bergen community outreach that offers free diverse musical events in the fall and spring.
